The Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL) is proud to announce the FIRST-Team All-Canadians for the 2024 season.

Offensive Line
Cody Shumanski – Saskatoon Hilltops (second consecutive season)
Tyrone Gulam-Webber – St. Clair Saints
Faalii Alaimoana – Edmonton Huskies
Jaden Caston – St. Clair Saints
Kaiden Kerntopf – Okanagan Sun

Receivers
Drake Douglas – Saskatoon Hilltops (second consecutive season) – he led the Prairie Conference in receptions (58), targets (77), receiving yards (955) and touchdowns (8)

Terrel Jones  (pictured)– Langley Rams – he caught 33 passes for 813 yards and seven touchdowns, averaging 24.6 yards a catch

Darius France – St. Clair Saints – he had 24 receptions for 459 yards and had three touchdowns

Ruben Bonsu – VI Raiders - he led the CJFL with 53 receptions for 805 yards and tallied 10 touchdowns

Running Backs
Elelyon Noa – Okanagan Sun - he won the CJFL rushing title and set a new BC Conference single season record with 1612 yards and 23 touchdowns on 216 carries.  He averaged 7.5 yards a carry

Corbin Ebben – Saskatoon Hilltops – he won the Conference rushing title with 964 yards on 157 carries, averaging 6.1 yards per carry and scored six touchdowns

Quarterback
Trey Reider – Saskatoon Hilltops – he completed a Conference high 64.3% of his pass making 119 completions for 1685 yards and threw 17 touchdowns for a passer efficiency rating of 119.8%

Punter
Grady Hay – Okanagan Sun – he booted 60 punts, averaging 29.6 net yards and tallied a pair of singles as well

Place Kicker
Brady Harper – Prince George Kodiaks – he led the BC Conference with 16 made field goals and hit at a rate of 80%.  In all he scored 67 points for the Kodiaks this year

Defensive Line
Jaylin Burnett – St. Clair Saints – he had 12 tackles, six assisted stops, led the Conference with five sacks, had a knockdown, forced two fumbles and intercepted a pass.

Liam Sellwood – Regina Thunder– he had four solo tackles, three assisted stops and half a sack

Isaiah Cooper – Langley Rams – he tallied 38 tackles, had 11 assisted tackles, had 3.5 sacks and recovered a fumble

Kai Kukurudza – Saskatoon Hilltops – he led the Prairie Conference with seven sacks, had 14 tackles, eight assisted stops, three knockdowns, two forced fumbles and intercepted a pass

Linebackers
Stephen Smith – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season) – he led the Thunder with 34 solo tackles, had 20 assists, 2.5 sacks, 2 knockdowns and intercepted a pass returning it 23 yards

Noah Nelson – Ottawa Sooners – he had 20 tackles, 11 assists, forced and recovered two fumbles returning one for a touchdown and had an interception

Jacob Bond – Okanagan Sun – he made 49 tackles, had an interception, recovered two fumbles and had six assisted tackles

Defensive Backs
Cody Anglo – Calgary Colts (second consecutive season) – he added two interceptions to his 20 tackles, 14 assisted stops and four knockdowns

Dalton Urban – Saskatoon Hilltops (second consecutive season) – he collected three interceptions, recovered a fumble and returned it 39 yards for a touchdowns, had 13 solo tackles, nine assists, had half a sack, had three knockdowns and even forced a fumble

Ahmed Borhot – Okanagan Sun – he led the CJFL with eight interceptions, had 18 tackles, seven assisted tackles, two knockdowns and recovered a fumble

Gaddy Kazadi – St. Clair Saints – he had three interceptions, 14 tackles, five assisted stops, blocked two kicks, knocked down three passes and recovered a fumble

Keon Raymond – Calgary Colts – he shared the leaderboard with four interceptions, added 14 solo tackles, three assisted stops and had four knockdowns

Return Specialist
Kaleb Senz – Kamloops Broncos – he had 59 kick returns for 1,081 yards, averaging over 18 yards a return and tallied an 80-yard punt return for a touchdown

Ranji Mattu Memorial Coach of the Year – Dexter Janke – Westshore Rebels – he led his club to their first undefeated season in franchise history.  They have homefield advantage throughout the CJFL Canadian Bowl Playoffs

Outstanding Offensive Lineman – Isaiah Letander – Valley Huskers (second consecutive year)

Outstanding Offensive Back – Te Jessie – Westshore Rebels (second consecutive year) – 150 of 212 for 2453 yards, 41 touchdowns.  He completed 70.8% of his passes, the second-best percentage in CJFL history.

Outstanding Receiver – Kieran Poissant – Westshore Rebels (second consecutive year) – 54 receptions, 849 yards and 13 touchdowns

Outstanding Defensive Lineman – Cam Michaud – Okanagan Sun – 9 tackles, 4 sacks, 1 blocked kick, 4 assisted tackles

Outstanding Linebacker – Demar Hohnstein – Westshore Rebels – 56 solo tackles, 10 assisted tackles, 4.5 sacks, 1 interception, 2 forced fumbles

Outstanding Defensive Back – Michael Jourdan – Okanagan Sun – 21 tackles, 8 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries, 1 assisted tackle 

Outstanding Special Teams Player – KR Cairo Berry – Westshore Rebels – 37 kick returns, for 415 yards averaging 11.5 yards a return and 2 touchdowns

Outstanding Offensive Rookie of the Year – OL Caleb Cunningham – Okanagan Sun

Outstanding Defensive Rookie of the Year – DB Raiden Mastin – Valley Huskers – 6 tackles, 1 sack, 2 blocked kicks, 1 fumble recover, 1 forced fumble

Outstanding Defensive Player of the Year – LB Demar Hohnstein – Westshore Rebels – 56 solo tackles, 10 assisted tackles, 4.5 sacks, 1 interception, 2 forced fumbles

The BC Conference opens the Canadian Bowl playoffs on Saturday.  The top ranked Westshore Rebels welcome the #4 seeded Langley Rams, and the defending Canadian Bowl champion and second seeded Okanagan Sun host the #3 Valley Huskers.
