On Saturday night not only will the defending champion Saskatoon Hilltops host their home opener, they will make history doing so. 

The Hilltops welcome the Ottawa Sooners to town marking the first time ever they have faced each other during a regular season CJFL game.  They last faced each other in the 1991 Canadian Bowl, oddly enough also played in Saskatoon.
