The defending champion Saskatoon Hilltops will open the season on Sunday at home against the Winnipeg Rifles at 1:00pm.   It’s a rematch of last year’s Canadian Bowl quarterfinal.

The Hilltops have lost a number of players to graduation and while that may seem concerning, for the Hilltops it’s not.  They pride themselves as “the next man up” and have players chomping at the bit to make their first career start to prove to the coaching staff they belong.
