Okanagan Sun 55
Kamloops Broncos 1

The Sun complete their second straight undefeated regular season with a lopsided victory on Saturday night in Kamloops.

Offensively the Sun made a conscious effort to throw the ball with quarterback Liam Kroeger.  He completed 36 of 55 for 429 yards and struck for six touchdowns, five of them in the first half.  Jasiah Haliburton was his favourite target with nine receptions for 130 yards and two touchdowns.  Vincent Choui also hauled in two majors while Seth Famakinde and Chase Scrivener caught the others.

Defensively they held the Broncos to 79 yards of total offence.  JaQuintis Summers collected his 13th sack of the season, tying a team record and Tariq Brown returned an interception 30 yards for a touchdown.

The Sun (10-0) will host the VI Raiders (5-4-1) on Saturday in one of two BC Conference semifinals.  The Broncos (0-10) head back to the drawing board to retool for 2026.

VI Raiders 49
Langley Rams 18

The Raiders head into the playoffs on a high, scoring 28 first half points, then added 21 more in the fourth quarter to beat the Rams in a game that meant nothing in the standings, but plenty for confidence.

Offensively three Raiders quarterbacks combined for 305 yards on 27 completions and seven touchdowns.  Ruben Bonsu caught two touchdown passes and Harm Ahuja, Jakob Celso, Blaze McCarty, Camrin Scoburgh and Parker Moscrip all added one. For Moscrip, he has been the workhorse for the Raiders and was finally rewarded with his first major of the season.

On the other side the Rams played their final game of the regular season and did their damage through the air with three quarterbacks combining for 249 yards on 21 completions.  Tristan Clarke threw a pair of touchdown passes to Natol Taddesse in the setback.

Next weekend the Raiders (5-4-1) will visit the Okanagan Sun (10-0) in a BC Conference semifinal.  The Rams (2-7-1) will miss the CJFL Canadian Bowl playoffs for the first time since 1988.

Valley Huskers 31
Prince George Kodiaks 28

A win at home in their final game of the regular season sends the Huskers to the offseason with some positive vibes.

Quarterback Rogan Vergata completed 23 of 35 passes for 297 yards and threw a pair of touchdown passes to Dhag Mora and another one to Josh Caverly in the victory.   The Huskers ground game was solid, led by Grady Andrea who carried 16 times for 129 yards and a major.

Defensively the Huskers forced three interceptions and were led by Andy Ofosuhene in his final CJFL game.  He made eight solo tackles, had half a safe and one of the interceptions.

It was a nothing game for the Kodiaks having already clinched the third seed in the BC Conference.  Sawyer Thiessen threw for 153 yards and connected with Kyle Cowley and Noah Lark for touchdowns.  Gavin Halvorson also got into the endzone, with a run.

The Kodiaks defence did force six turnovers and Nicholas Tremblay led the way with five tackles.

Next week the Kodiaks (5-4-1) visit the Westshore Rebels (7-3) in one of the Conference semis.  The Huskers (4-5-1) head into the offseason.
