It’s been 13 years since the Westshore (Victoria) Rebels were in the Canadian Bowl.  In 2003 the Rebels hosted the Saskatoon Hilltops in Chilliwack on neutral ground following a shutout win over the Okanagan Sun in the Cullen Cup in Kelowna at the Apple Bowl.  The BC Conference Defensive Player of the Year was Justin Shaw, who opened the Cullen Cup with a pair of sacks.  He reflects with Ryan Watters about the Canadian Bowl and gives some advice to the current Rebels preparing for the National Championship.
