A snap shot of the three match-ups this weekend

VI Raiders @ Langley Rams – Saturday September 10, 4:00pm – McLeod Stadium – WATCH HERE

For the second time this season the Rams and Raiders will collide.  In Week 5 the Rams went to Nanaimo and left with a 29-14 victory.  This is an important game for both teams, trying to keep pace with the Sun and Rebels.  Oddly enough the last time these two faced each other, both offensives tallied 226 yards of total offence.  The Rams defence allowed just 40 yards on the ground.

Okanagan Sun @ Westshore Rebels – Saturday September 10, 7:00pm – Westhills Stadium – WATCH PPV HERE | LISTEN HERE

It’s a first place showdown as the 6-0 Okanagan Sun visit the Westshore Rebels (5-1).  It’s also a rematch of Week 3 when the Sun held on for a 27-21 victory, the only loss the Rebels have had thus far.  If the Rebels want to leap frog the Sun, they will have to win by more than six points.  These two teams like to run, so the team that can stop the run should be victorious under the lights on Saturday night.
