The CJFL would like to extend a warm thank you to Hamilton Hurricanes’ corporate partner Joseph Haulage for their incredible support and for their delicious gesture that took place on Thursday night that the players and coaches will not soon forget.
After recognizing all of the community focused initiatives the Hurricanes do in the Hamilton area through their partnerships with Hamilton Out of The Cold, Food 4 Kids Hamilton, the local food bank and others, the team at Joseph Haulage wanted to do something special.
Knowing football players eat a lot, Joseph Haulage held a first-class barbeque for the Hurricanes that included an eye-popping 50lbs of chicken wings, 14 racks of ribs, eight salads and 38lbs of beef brisket. Needless to say, there wasn’t any hungry stomachs following this mouth-watering feast.
This is an outstanding gesture by a corporate partner that is already supporting the Hurricanes financially but took the extra yard to host this memorable evening for the players and coaching staff.
As their tent slogan suggests, Joseph Haulage is an amazing company touting “Evolving where we live.”
If you need something hauled, Joseph Haulage has the trucks, the know-how and safety record to get it done right. Awarded one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
The Hurricanes meanwhile play their final road game of the season on Sunday when they meet the GTA Grizzlies.
