A full schedule of games this weekend

Week 10 will see a full slate of games this weekend with 18 teams in action.

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 21

Ontario Conference 

London Beefeaters @ St. Clair Saints – Saturday September 21, 7:00pm EST – Acumen Stadium | WATCH HERE

The top two teams in the Ontario Conference meet for the second time this season, but this time the game is in Windsor.  In their first game of the year, the Saints went to London and beat the Beefeaters 37-7 with quarterback Maurice Sodja leading the way with 185 yards passing and 131 yards rushing and accounted for three touchdowns. 

Both teams are coming off a lopsided victory at home last weekend.

Ottawa Sooners @ Hamilton Hurricanes – Saturday September 21, 7:00pm EST – Tim Hortons Field | WATCH HERE

It’s a rematch as these two will meet for the second time this season after the Sooners hosted and beat the Hurricanes in the first game of the campaign 47-21.

After winning their first three games, the Sooners have lost two straight and will look to rebound on Saturday night meeting a young Hurricanes team trying to find their footing.  They are coming off a loss last week and will try for their first win of the season.

BC Conference

Kamloops Broncos @ VI Raiders – Saturday September 21, 4:00pm PST - NDSS Field | WATCH HERE

A pair of teams with identical records will meet for the final time this season as the Raiders welcome the Broncos.  They met in Week 3 in Kamloops with the Raiders claiming their lone win, a 48-12 victory at Hillside Stadium.

Westshore Rebels @ Okanagan Sun – Saturday September 21, 7:00pm PST – Apple Bowl | WATCH HERE

With the regular season winding down, this is another big game between two BC heavyweights as the Rebels visit the Sun.  The Rebels are making their first visit to the Okanagan since August of 2022.  These two teams met in Week 4 with the Sun escaping the island with a 33-30 victory.  The Sun remain undefeated while the Rebels suffered their second loss of the season last weekend.

Langley Rams @ Valley Huskers – Saturday September 21, 7:00pm PST – Exhibition Field | WATCH HERE

It’s a regional rivalry game between the Rams and Huskers with important implications in the BC Conference standings on the line.  It’s the second meeting of the season between these two after the Rams protected their home turf on August 24th and won 27-8.  The Rams have won six of their last seven games while the Huskers have won their last two and this is their final home game.

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 22

Prairie Conference

Edmonton Wildcats @ Saskatoon Hilltops – Sunday September 22, 1:00pm CDT – SMF Field | WATCH HERE

A David vs. Goliath match-up as the Hilltops welcome the Wildcats on Sunday.  With the exception of one game, the Hilltops have blown through their schedule with little push back and host a Wildcats team that is looking for their first win.  It’s the only meeting of the season between these two teams.

Calgary Colts @ Winnipeg Rifles – Sunday September 22, 1:00pm CDT – Maple Grove Field | WATCH HERE

It’s the first of a home and home between these two clubs who are going in opposite directions.  The Colts have won two straight and the Rifles are winless through five games.  With three games remaining the Colts are trying to secure third place in the standings while the Rifles are looking to play spoiler in their final home game.

Regina Thunder @ Edmonton Huskies – Sunday September 22, 1:00pm MST – JP Bowl | WATCH HERE

They meet for the only time this season on Sunday in an important match-up for both teams with only three games to go.  The Thunder play their first road game since August 17th, which also happened to be in Edmonton and the Huskies are back at home after three straight on the road. They will play at home for their final three regular season games.  There are only two points separating these teams in the standings and with an upset win the Huskies can put themselves right back into the thick of the hunt for a home playoff date.

Ontario Conference 

Quinte Skyhawks @ GTA Grizzlies – Sunday September 22, 1:00pm EST – Central Peel Secondary | WATCH HERE 

This is the third of four meetings between these two teams this season with the Skyhawks earning two shutouts in their previous match-ups.  A win or a Hurricanes loss and the Skyhawks will clinch a playoff berth in the Canadian Bowl postseason.  The Grizzlies will try and play spoiler and record their first points of the season.
