All Jaden Caston does is win with the St. Clair Saints

The St. Clair Saints have won back-to-back Ontario Conference titles and are poised for a three-peat when they open the season in August.

A big reason for their success as of late is due to their offensive line giving their quarterback time to throw and blowing up gigantic holes for their running backs to gobble up yards.

This line has been led by two-time All-Canadian Jaden Caston and he returns for his senior season.  His biggest strength throughout his football career has been passing blocking as his 6’3, 360-pound frame can hold off would-be pass rushers.

He is looking forward to another season and has a personal goal of achieving his third straight All-Canadian ring.

He has been a mainstay on the offensive line, but believe it or not his favourite play of his CJFL career came back in his rookie campaign when he hopped over to the defensive side.  It was during the Conference championship game and he recorded a sack.

Over the course of his CJFL career he has played in some very big games, however last year’s Conference final sticks out in his mind.  The Saints won that game and became back-to-back champs in Ontario.

The Saints will open the season on August 17th when they travel to face the London Beefeaters in a rematch of the 2023 Ontario Conference championship game.

Jaden Caston is a CJFL Player to Watch in 2024.
