The Saskatoon Hilltops are the defending Canadian Bowl champions after an undefeated campaign in 2023.  They were terrific on both sides of the ball leading to their championship title.

On the offensive side they were able to have success behind a very talented and skilled offensive line allowing running back Boston Davidsen to eat up yards.  First year starting quarterback Trey Reider also was able to take advantage of the time in the pocket scanning the field for potential targets.  He finished completing 65% of his passes for 1,571 yards and 16 touchdowns, and was named the Conference Quarterback All-Star.  In the Canadian Bowl he was very efficient completing 12 of 19 for 162 yards and threw a touchdown in the driving rain.

He talks with Ryan Watters under the CJFL Spotlight about last season and the look ahead to 2024.
