The Canadian Junior Football League in conjunction with the Prairie Conference is proud to announce the 2022 Conference All-Stars and All-Rookie Team.

There are 10 positional categories and the nation’s top team the Regina Thunder have collected 12 All-Stars selections while the Edmonton Huskies and Saskatoon Hilltops each have five. 

The 2022 Prairie Conference All-Stars are:

Offensive Line:
Carson Lethbridge – Edmonton Huskies (second consecutive season)
Riley Schick – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season)
Connor Klassen – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season)
Jayson Kehler – Saskatoon Hilltops
Luciano Jolly – Saskatoon Hilltops

Running Backs:
Alex Gayle – Edmonton Huskies (second (second consecutive season) – 150 carries for 923 yards and 10 touchdowns

Alan Xiang – Calgary Colts – 98 carries for 657 yards and 5 touchdowns

Receivers:
Isaac Foord – Regina Thunder (third consecutive season)– 36 receptions for 574 yards and 7 touchdowns

Rylan Sokul – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season) – 39 receptions for 582 yards and 3 touchdowns

Isaiah Woodley – Regina Thunder – 33 receptions for 573 yards and 5 touchdowns

Boden Marley – Saskatoon Hilltops – 30 receptions for 304 yards and 1 touchdown

Quarterback:
Carter Shewchuk – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season) – 144 of 227 (63%), 2160 yards, 16 touchdowns, 103.4 passer efficiency rating

Place Kicker:
Eric Maximuik – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season) – 8 of 15 (53%) field goals

Defensive Line:
Reece McCormick – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season) – 16 tackles, 4 assisted tackles, 3 sacks

Reed Rabbetz – Regina Thunder – 6 tackles, 3.5 sacks

Mikahil Biggs – Edmonton Huskies – 20 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 knockdown, 1 fumble recovery

Riece Kack – Saskatoon Hilltops – 18 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 1 interception

Linebackers:
Konnor Johnson – Saskatoon Hilltops (second consecutive season) – 28 tackles, 12 assisted tackles, 2 sacks, 5 knockdowns, 4 interceptions

Stephen Smith – Regina Thunder – 25 tackles, 1 knockdown

Nahome Giorgis – Edmonton Huskies – 25 tackles, 3 sacks, 2 knockdowns, 1 interception

Defensive Backs:
Justin McKerracher – Regina Thunder (second consecutive season) – 14 tackles, 6 assisted tackle, 6 knockdowns, 5 interceptions, 1 defensive touchdown

Adam King – Regina Thunder – 27 tackles, 7 assisted tackles, 2 knockdowns, 1 fumble recovery, 1 interception

Tanner Shaw – Edmonton Wildcats – 34 tackles, 3 assisted tackles, 1 blocked kick, 2 knockdowns, 2 interceptions 

Damien Bucknor – Calgary Colts – 31 tackles, 7 assisted tackles, 1 forced fumble, 2 interceptions 

Marc Sullivan-Andzang – Calgary Colts – 16 tackles, 3 assisted tackles, 2 knockdowns, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery

Punter:
Erick Maximuik – Regina Thunder – 34 punts, 35.7 average, 1 single

Return Specialist:
Caleb Akerley – Edmonton Huskies – 22 punt returns, 12.6 return average, 19 kick-off returns, 24.2 yard average

The Prairie Conference is preparing for their Conference championship game this coming weekend.  The #1 Regina Thunder welcome the #2 Saskatoon Hilltops.  The winner will host the 2022 Canadian Bowl.

Receiver:

Marcos Solarti – Edmonton Wildcats – 12 of 32, 37.5% for 161 yards 

Defensive Linemen:
