The Langley Rams defence is one of the major reasons why they will play in the Canadian Bowl on December 4th.  The Rams 2021 defence is arguably one of, if not the best in BC Conference history and maybe in CJFL history.  In their eight regular season games they allowed an average of just four points and pitched three shutouts.

The 14 points they allowed to the Saskatoon Hilltops in the CJFL National Semi-Final was the most points they gave up in a single game this season.

Linebacker Colten Dejong has been a dominating force in the middle for the Rams.  He was named the BC Conference Outstanding Linebacker after 23 tackles, 10 assisted stops, an interception for a touchdown and a sack.  He goes under the CJFL Canadian Bowl Spotlight with Ryan Watters to talk about the national championship and dethroning the Hilltops.
