The first place showdown in the BC Conference turned into a one sided game as the Rams blasted the Rebels on the Island and move to 7-0.  They scored 47 points in the first half, including 30 in the second quarter.

The Rams used a well balanced attack gathering 458 yards of total offence on Saturday.  Through the air quarterback Duncan Little averaged 22.5 yards a completion for 293 yards and had three touchdowns.    He connected with Jarryd Taylor four times for 96 yards and two touchdowns and found Khalik Johnson for a major.

On the ground Andrew Pocrnic continued to pound the ball collecting 127 yards on 17 carries and an incredible four touchdowns.

On the defensive side the Rams shutdown the Rebels holding them to just 135 yards of total offence and just 32 on the ground.  They collected eight sacks led by the 3.5 from Cole Barron.  Both Carlo De Coste and Kyle Charot had a pair and Michael Baerg had an interception.

Despite giving up 54 points the Rebels defence tallied six quarterback sacks, three from Kyle White.    Isaiah Cardillicchia picked off a pass.

This coming weekend the Rams (7-0) host the Okanagan Sun (4-3) on Saturday while the Rebels (5-2) visit the VI Raiders (4-3).
