The Canadian Junior Football League announce the Players of the Week following the final round of the CJLF Canadian Bowl Championship Series
Offensive Player of the Week
QB Brandon Reaume – Windsor AKO Fratmen
He again led his Fratmen to a convincing victory in capturing the Ontario Conference title back on Sunday. Reaume scrambled 14 times for 88 yards and scored an impressive four touchdowns on the ground. He also finished 8 of 16 for 233 yards, averaging 29 yards a completion.
Defensive Player of the Week
LB Anthony Federico – Hamilton Hurricanes
He was a menace during the Ontario Conference championship game and maybe the only player fast enough to sack Fratmen quarterback Brandon Reaume. Federico collected 3.5 sacks, two solo tackles and had an assisted stop.
Special Teams Player of the Week
K Andrew Beaton – Windsor AKO Fratmen
He scored 10 of the Fratmen’s 34 points over the weekend kicking a pair of field goals and was a perfect 4-4 in converts. He also averaged 39 yards on his seven kicks, helping punch the Fratmen to the 110th Canadian Bowl.
