The Valley Huskers took some major steps forward this offseason beginning with the hiring of new head coach Bob Reist.

Back in the day he played for the CJFL’s Abbotsford Airforce.  Most recently he was an assistant coach with the University of Manitoba along with coaching at “Recruit Ready” also in Manitoba.

He brings a fresh outlook to the Huskers and some excitement to turn the ship around.

Reist starts with a major piece already in place as quarterback Noah Falconer returns to lead the offence with a new receiving core.
