Nick Kawaza, former Surrey (Langley) Rams head coach is the second most winningest coach in BCFC history.

Kawaza coached 14 seasons in the BCFC spending 10 seasons with the Rams (1988-1995, 1997-1998) and four seasons with the Tri-City Bulldogs (1999-2002).

His 83 career victories is second all-time in the BCFC, collecting a record of 83-44-1.   His only trip to the Canadian Bowl came in 1992 as the Rams travelled across the country to face the Sooners in Ottawa falling 35-18.

Over his 10 seasons with the Rams Kawaza captured four BCFC titles including a three-peat from 1992-1994.  He recorded 10 playoff victories in total.

Kawaza is still involved in junior football and catches up with Ryan Watters (@ryan2tswatters) just prior to the 2014 Canadian Bowl in Langley where the Rams were getting ready to host the Saskatoon Hilltops.
